Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our websites or our apps; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have completed work for your and the invoice has been settled you can ask us to remove your details from our account software.

5.4 Your data is stored on our software for 1 year then it goes on to our archived storage for a further 7 years.
