3.1 All information you provide us with is stored on secure servers in the United Kingdom. We use Xero for accounts purposes and ISurvey for our electronic reports for Legionella Risk Assessments. We have taken security measures appropriate to the nature of the information stored and the harm that might come from a breach of security.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our websites or our apps; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

4.2.1 In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

5.3 You can at any point opt ask to opt out and ask us to remove you from our database. Your details are only stored on our database for invoicing purposes in case future work arises again. Once we have completed work for your and the invoice has been settled you can ask us to remove your details from our account software.

5.4 Your data is stored on our software for 1 year then it goes on to our archived storage for a further 7 years.
