3.1 All information you provide us with is stored on secure servers in the United Kingdom. We use Xero for accounts purposes and ISurvey for our electronic reports for Legionella Risk Assessments. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our websites or our apps; any transmission is at your own risk. 5.3 You can at any point opt ask to opt out and ask us to remove you from our database. Your details are only stored on our database for invoicing purposes in case future work arises again. Once we have completed work for your and the invoice has been settled you can ask us to remove your details from our account software.
5.4 Your data is stored on our software for 1 year then it goes on to our archived storage for a further 7 years.
